Winter Ready

·       Broad General Education - There are year group appropriate resources for each subject your young person takes part in.  For example, there are S1 English activities, S2 English activities and S3 English activities.

·       Senior Phase - There are resources provided by subject area.

·       Family Activities - There are several craft activities, recipes and outdoor/gardening activities.  These activities are a great way to engage with life skills and involve the whole family!

·       Sources of Support - This area provides information for families requiring support, such as money concerns, mental health concerns, etc. 

·       Websites - This area includes several online tours and helpful websites. The virtual tours create fun discussion points and allow young people to explore fun and unusual places.

In addition to these resources, our young people are always able to access their TEAMs page, where teachers upload lessons and links.  Your child can complete work that has not been finished or revise work they have completed previously.

In school, we always encourage our pupils to spend time reading a book of choice, completing Spelling or Maths Sumdog, Linguascope, or working on their Literacy or Numeracy IDL.  These are also great activities to be completed at home.  See below for the websites to access these resources.  Your young person should have their password written in their diary.
