Track and Field Championships
Wednesday 13th September saw six senior pupils attending the Scottish Disability Sport National Senior Track and Field Championships at Grangemouth Stadium.
The team, comprising Samantha Stanley, Kyle McGrandles, Kieran Strathie, Euan Mackay, Patrick Gamble and Cameron Tweedie had a very successful day, coming back with a haul of an amazing 11 medals in total. Well done to them all!
Full results for Cedarbank are as follows:
Samantha: gold for shot put and gold for long jump
Kyle: gold for long jump and bronze for shot put
Kieran: gold for 100 metres and bronze for long jump
Euan: gold for 100 metres and silver for javelin
Patrick: silver for long jump and bronze for 100 metres
Cameron: gold for 800 metres (a very convincing win, by some distance!)
