Skills Development Scotland (SDS) is Scotland's careers service.
Their qualified Careers Advisers work in schools and in their careers centres across the whole of Scotland.

The SDS Careers Adviser will be there for our pupils all through school, helping them to get ready for what they'll do when they leave. One of the main things our Careers Adviser will help our pupils do is to develop their Career Management Skills, which are the skills pupils need to make their career a success.
The work of SDS Careers Advisers is supported by their careers website My World of Work. SDS Careers Advisers also offer support to parents and carers when it comes to talking about careers.
