The West Lothian Employability Award is an introduction to the world of work for those who wish to develop their employability skills. It enhances your chances of a successful move into the job market. Candidates will develop skills and attitudes which will be applicable across all areas of employment.

The course will help you to identify your strengths and suggest careers that you may be best suited to. It is the equivalent of a National Qualification.
